Star View Court is located at 78 Johnson Street on Treasure Island.

Construction of Star View Court (Parcel C3.1) began in 2022 and the anticipated completion date is June 2024. Star View Court will provide 138 new apartments, including 71 which are set aside for families currently living on the island and receiving services from Catholic Charities. In addition, non-income restricted units are set aside for eligible households currently living in a unit at The Villages. These households are known as Legacy Households. The property will have a property manager, maintenance workers, and resident services coordinators at the site, as well as a multi-purpose room, laundry facilities, a secure courtyard, parking garage, and secured bicycle parking spaces for residents.

Star View Court is developed through a partnership of MHC and Catholic Charities. MHC’s mission is to create stable, vibrant, and healthy communities by developing, financing, and operating affordable, program-enriched housing for families, seniors, and people with special needs who lack the economic resources to access quality, safe housing opportunities.

The mission of Catholic Charities is to create a vibrant and inclusive community on Treasure Island, centering on Low Income Households and those who have experienced homelessness.
